this particular professor pis….ed me off like you may have understood. I just got accepted into a university to do masters but I said no and worked as a carer in the community I was a mum !! 

today I listen to Anne Tyler books because they are nice and if I like to think I’m clever I buy a book about chronic illness. Read bits of it.

Yes I’m showing off …..

I used to go for the dockers but get this …. About 2 years ago Adrian Barich or whatever his last name is came in and sat next to me at the vets well you know me

I’m asking him hundreds of questions about his daughter son then I say listen can I ask you a personal question but how is Ben cousins ?

Then I say Well I think he’s like a monument for people getting off drugs hey do you think you could give him a card for him hey can I leave it at the vets for him

so he says sure. 

so I write Ben a card saying something like - dear Ben I’m proud of you writing as an overweight over middle aged woman you know as you probably teach your own children it’s never about money or fame it’s about how authentic you are oh by the way my son has also lost everything and come back

if your ever in the area this is where he works actually hell don’t tell him I asked you to see him helle never talk to me again. 

or something like that. Then a couple of days later he brings up my greeting card when he was talking about football on tv 

THEN I saw my son a while later and I asked him has anyone famous come into your work and he says you are not gonna believe this but Ben cousins came into my work and asked for me by name chatted to me and left ….. 

THEN about 6months ago I saw Adrian Barich and he told me ( in the middle of Subiaco ) they still talk about my card !!

Morning @Bunniekins . I’ve been awake for over 2 hours I’m afraid. Exhausted. Wish my psych would have adjusted my meds for at least one more day so I could sleep better. Not very hypo anymore too tired. Will wash towels used on wooden floors to pick up moisture from defrosting freezer and make banana bread this morning. Will first go to local supermarket when it’s open. Will drive this morning as need quite a bit. Also need cash to pay for massage tomorrow. You have a good day @Bunniekins !
