@StuF  lunch is great, tapas again?  im running around the house in pjs no one coming over just me and kids so a daggy day which is great tbh.  later on will be more crime shows (as you have probably noticed i love english crime shows!)  rosemary and thyme and then vera!!!!!

Today my kicks are putting clothes in the wardrobe 

Finishing my glass of finely bubbled water. 

Tomorrow I'll clean the kitchen. 

Jang on.......tv's on. I'll hang clothes on the wardrobe later.

I'll never feel good about what I did to her @TAB , but I feel good that I have the courage and grace to own it, and that my better angels are good and can help me heal from it...and it's good that someone I hurt badly can see better angels in me.

Which will happen in the next couple of years. In two years it's going to be me complaining about water rates .....
