@TAB This calendar is quite nice, big pharma hasn't done a nud3 calendar yet. They probably should, to capture a wider audience lol. A boosted revenue stream! I always wondered if Terry White was some Alpha male or not, dishing out the pharmaceutical$ to us poor plebescites who are customers until the grave. But I do like this one, its glossy, well made with beautiful Australia Native Birds. I'll work on it a bit more tomorrow. I prefer it to last years Astrolog calendar

@TAB put it this way you'll still be alive by Boxing Day not having to worry about blood sugar spikes. Anyway you can go on your diet in the New Year, Tabs. Worry about losing weight next year, not now. I'm looking forward to my diabetic "Dash" brand carbonated drink. I think @Dimity is drinking it too we're all getting a piece of the action! lol

Only tap water? @Dimity I could not live that way. I'm glad you like DASH as a treat though. If you don't have other health issues, kombucha is a nice drink same with low carb nut milk. That must be so hard going but I admire you for keeping at it and staying on top of your health
OK see you around @TAB!
