..some filters just dont work @SmilingGecko  no one seems that bothered about selling things that are non-functional these days. I bought a filter water bottle a few years ago, water wouldnt go thru filter , ha ha  what was I supposed to do? fill it with water, put filter in and lick the filter ?? ha ha ha lol barely a drip ... @SmilingGecko

Hey @TAB thanks for letting me know. I was told it had a slower drip than standard water filters from the vendor. Just got to see how it goes I guess. Got out a whole 2 litre jug of water out of it this morning but the top canister was 3/4 empty. Its a gravity fed system where it has two housing units. The top contains the filtration candles and the bottom canister is the catchment area for all the filtered water. I have to flush the system for a few days to get out sediment and it should be good to go. If it doesn't work they always have the other filter system cartridges which are similar to the ones I've used before with the Berkey. The filter comes with a warranty. Just had a shower and am about to put a load of washing through this morning. No sign of cat

She's a pretty smart cat @TAB. If I don't hear her meow to be let in she will come back later. Then she will arrive around the same time the next day. So she is on schedule! lol Just put laundry in washing machine. Got to check the aloe vera juice to see if its within its useby date to make my thermal heat protectant hair spritz

Was going to use aloe juice to make my hair spritz but don't think I have any can sub aloe for plain water

Farmer just brought produce so its been put in the fridge and tossed out stuff that had gone off. I think thats about all for today.  I'm tired. Just wiped my desk, computer and keyboard. Might have to leave cleaning stovetop for another day.
