Is the vitamin D off the shelf or prescribed from pharmacist? From the pharmacist, it's a stronger dose, taken weekly. However, it is an individual, depending on your clinical needs. I'm quite a high dosage because of a medical condition.

yeah perth s okay what I saw of it, just so big and varied. depends where you are .its officiallly worlds longest city now , think. i mainly stayed and /or visted a couple limited areas. you would have to be loaded and working to rent there. lots more homeless than 2 years ago , say. I live on edge of bad area, would walk along creek and through national park, then tents started appearing. like people living there. i had to go to the German consulate in Nedlands at one stage from south. that was an eye opener , saw whole suburbs never seen b4, yet where right next to places I had already been, just went there a different way.. lots very rich people, poor people and inbetween .
