I wouldn't have a clue what resumes have to look like these days am out of the loop, but its good you are still putting yourself out there @TAB I was deemed an employment risk by a disability agency after the level of toxic meds the public MH system had me on. Its been so long since then

I had to do a resume recently and I even worked out how to put my photo on it. I was really proud of myself as I am not very technical. I think I just used the snipping tool to do it.

I had someone at RTO go over it then person from DES, its way better than it was. I still had to fix it up tho. DES person did it in Times new roman lol plus had to get rid of words like 'passionate' and 'delighted' ..so not me.. lol
I did put pic of something I made a very long time ago, one of few pics took of jobs at work.seemed to get more interest at the time

I think photos are a good idea. When I graduated they were anti-photo and anti anything mentioning that you did personal development work as back then it was considered a weakness. I think things would have changed a lot since then but the early 90's were like that @TAB @Oaktree i don't know if you remember that or not but that is what I noticed. You just did not include a photo or show any sign of weakness for corporate employment
