Good morning @StuF how are you? Not doing much today got to get the day on the road I guess.  No news to report just expanding my list of energy practices. Did some resistance bands again this morning as soon as I woke up. It felt incredibly good letting in all that fresh energy coming from source. Did some deep meditation. Still drinking water from blue glass bottle. Its really good for stress/anxiety I really believe in chromotherapy! When this weather cools off a bit I may go out and grab more meds. I think its going to be 28 today, so too hot to be catching the bus. I hope you are doing well and everything is going ok in your world

Wow thats good to hear youre back walking again @StuF ! We all seem to encourage eachother on here. Just a bit too hot for me to get out there today. Hopefully by Wednesday the weather will be more tolerable to get out there. Got a sound audio that enables you to draw in 500% more energy through the vaccuum. It seems to open energy points everywhere and your cells just assimilate this huge swathe of energy from around you.  Don't know why I didn't try it years ago

Yeah 29 degrees today and tomorrow in Melbourne town @StuF Its quite hot out there now.  My scales for weighing myself are no longer working properly. Got them from Kogan over a year ago. Will have to check if it came with a warranty.  Everything seems to be designed to break these days which is why I try and take out buyers insurance wherever possible.  Even then its almost impossible to get them to cough up. I took out insurance for my old ipod whose battery died and they were wanting correspondence from my ebay seller, detailed descriptions of why it was not working. Photos PLUS videos!!!
