OK . .   well I finally got a patch of time to study the restless leg link.  Thankyou @Former-Member .

It prompted me to explore a little further.  I think I could be the sum total of most of the causes.

Maybe also the dopamine imbalance thing,  which may explain why those meds help so well.

Helping with sleep was a added bonus. 

Now down to important business.  A Black Forest Cake. .   Mate.   That is my favourite cake in the world.

Don't even try and send me a recipe I wouldn't know where to start n probly burn down the kitchen.

I'm a handful of this n hand full of that, damper fella. Few raisins and whatever else is around goes in

including the always opportunistic blowflies when my back's turned.   Now  You know I'm kidding . . .

I think I love your posts where you show us pics of your kitchen creations the most.  Makes me want to,  ember up,   the camp oven.  Your wise not to walk in the heat.  But,  it is one of life's joys.

Guess its a part of your diabetes management too.   

Solar.  I still have to sort the new place out.   Haven't taken an attack posture on it  yet.  Get out of hospital,  then see what you n Tab are doing was the plan.   Do you have the battery ?

Made me hungry @Meowmy   They keep force feeding me salads and there you are,  siting down

to some good solid grub.  Crunchy potato cake.  Whole new food group,  that is.

Soon as I get out of here, I'm going to get a big fat  protest  sausage and poke it around the BBque.

Hello everyone in Tabalugas @TAB @Bill16 @tonys @StuF @Meowmy 

There comes a where I’m just sick of being wet.

I sweat, a LOT.

I’m drenched when I exercise and today at the Women’s Shed drenched again because I decided that the big pile of reclaimed timber out in the weather should be dressed.

I’m the only woman physically capable of picking it up and carrying it into the Shed of scanning, cutting and dressing.

If I don’t go do a core workout now, I’m going to hate myself for not turning up for me.

I love physical exercise but I hate being wet for 4 hours a day.
