Went to beach this morning with my worker and just walked along it for about an hour as it's good for us and grounds us.

@TAB @Former-Member I have been having a lot of trouble with my knees lately getting up and down a lot where my knees cracked

thats good re beach @saturnzoon  knees cracking not an issue I dont think. i have bad knees . my left knee cracked every time got up out of lounge at brothers places. guess cos it was lower than I am used to .

..I never had a date in my head re bloods @StuF  guess that didnt help . orig appt was 28 dec then they changed it to 12 jan  did not think of it at all before went away.
