I might have to look into that zinc cream as my knees are giving me trouble lately @TAB. I have been straining getting off the floor after being on chi exercise machine. Getting old. I'm not doing chi exercise machine anymore because of my knees. One of my new moon in capricorn wishes was to work on my knees. Thanks for the idea of zinc cream will look into it.  I take zinc for immunity in the past but we are so deficient nowadays with soils/food that we are not getting enough in our diets.

i thought zinc creme was more topical than for pain stuff @Former-Member  I go thru stages where cant stop arthritis creme ok hot/cold whatever. then sometimes dont need it for ages.

I do have some zinc cream for the skin I bought last year. I got it from the supermarket but thought it was for rashes only. Had no idea you could use it for swelling? I just googled and it said nothing about zinc cream and swelling @TAB

ok maybe I imagined that/ i put it on scratches after I scratch myself due to swelling. Got appt changed. Was painful. they kept saying incorrect things then I had to reply stating actual facts and they would talk to me like I wasnt all there. pretty sure they said things that were incorrect more than once, so when I answered, I made sure that they knew what I was answering ie not agreeing to false statements they had just made. @Former-Member  and they would go yes, thats what i said . not it was not. anyhoo

Going to bed now. Appt is now nearly ontop of first day of course in adelaide. may as well just stay there lol

@Former-Member  in all honesty I haven’t had an opportunity.

Before Christmas I started a paper cull from a storage box. Old photos and cards. I take a photo of the photo or card and send to the person via Messenger. I ask them if they want the original, if so I send it to them. If not then into recycling ♻️ 

It’s amazing the response I’m receiving. People are so grateful and emotionally moved.

Hey @Meowmy  had big nap this morning. not left house. house is better today than it was yet, even tho hotter today. As I had a chance to air it out last night and again this morning.

Had shower and ate. Returned some calls. think going back to bed now.
