@Meowmy  i should ring work and get it over with. not heard anything from them. theyve had 3 hours to get back to me already.

omelettes like sprouts and challots , also chili sauce. I made the best chili sauce other day, just masterfoods tomato sauce, the good one, made in australia, in clear bottle now, add chili powder and mix it , its yum, better than $3 bottle sweet ones  could even put prawns in it maybe ,,  also woolworths has egg whites in a carton in fridge near eggs, so could increase protein for kettle bells or make it all white ..

 um could look on workforce australia and see what it says there re DES ? if they are like the local one they have shut up shop for xmas already.

REmember when labor got in ? they were going to get rid of job agencies, then it turned into oh , give them a bit longer , and whats it been now , 2years or whatever and Nothing Changed... @StuF  seems only promise they can remember is tax cuts for rich. funny , Dutton can say and promise anything, like inquiries into aboriginal funding, then it just vanishes into thin air, govt only ones accountable lol

..when mouth is open ? @StuF  um they just sent email claiming still working on site access. i bailed in email, blaming it all on misunderstanding and no accom. no mention of crappy medical they have on record, albeit through another division, you think they would still be able to see results. i did not mention it tho. so, said you didnt get back to me for 2 days so i cancelled booking ,end of. now its taken .

yeah work sent me email, so replied saying accom gone, as i cancelled when you didnt get back to me @Meowmy  not avail now. so now mention of not enough hours, job going for too long or my  poor health ha ha lol

@TAB yeah I dunno the weather here is quite strange but thats not new for Melbourne. Its been a week of rain nearly every day alternating between muggy weather and just cold and windy.  I have been using my Bian stone more regularly now I no longer have fatigue - its a traditional chinese medicine device and it takes heat out of the body and stops inflammation and is great for increasing oxygen and improving pH levels. You can even lose weight with it, detox lymph and make your constitution stronger which is what I'm aiming for now.  You feel sooo good using this device TAB. Anyway will keep at it and see how things go. Am still doing blood irradiation and walking. Just got to get more internal strength and the Bian stone will do just that! Working out what healthy drinks to have xmas - mineral water with a hint of lime and pomegranate arials? Whoooey! Will check out Medical Medium's recipe page!
