@TAB yes same person, Anthony William, same books. He has books on mental illness now. I followed the protocols he gave for mental illness and no longer have mental health symptoms with my schizoaffective disorder which was very severe and had lived with them for 30 years with no respite in sight. His literature is life changing.  I can now live my life with happiness and vigor. True story.

gotta 'run'  ..am off to collect free stove top which hopefully compatible with my oven and can use for parts, couple things broken/not ideal, no handle on grill, gets .. hot and thing pots sit on has  been broken on one side. hopefully quick very cheap fix, then grille works better, pots sit better and dont have to look at it and wonder what possessed someone to do that, its like they stood on it .. laters..

..Nope.. was all one unit couldnt see how it joined  and theyd be lucky to get rid of oven on its own if that were poss to break it into 2. plus the 2 parts I wanted, 1 was not quite right, the other was missing lol. Oh well. @StuF 5 mins later was heading down the road thinking nice day for a drive lol. didnt even go to shops there or on way home either. well exercise bike just arrived. lovely people just dumped it against front wall of house, not even around side, let alone the back. and the email says they signed for it for me. Nice. of course I said Do Not Leave if not home. bloody big and heavy parcel tho, doubt I could have collected it by myself lol  anyway its hot and sore back so will leave it in box til tomorrow at least now lol
