hey @Bill16 had a road trip today, mum went to see her sister in law, 1.3 hour drive each way, im buggered, not used to driving long distance. wow, the 3 wheeler is 16K? hahaha, they are a death trap. seen a few of those bikes that have 2 front wheels and 1 rear, they look weird.

@Jacques hey Jacques, nice to see you. Hope you can rest well tonight after long drive. How have you been ? I have been trying to work through some of my fears. It's very hard. but guess it's important. Hope we both get better bit by bit and enjoy a good life. Take care.

im going ok, a few tough days but doing much better with the new meds. still working with the new mental health care team, i still worry im wasting their time and they have more needy people than me. 

yes i think i will be having an early night tonight. 

oh you are so so brave, i just can't face any of my fears, i just fall apart. im so so proud of you for trying. i so wish i was as brave as you.

@Jacques hey Jacques, thank you for kind support and encouragement. I fall apart regularly ha ha. Guess I have no choice. I don't have partner or children. I am in my fifties. Mum is elderly and frail. Hope we can both get a bit better day by day
