Re: Tabaluga's

Your hair sounds wonderful  @Meowmy   I hear you on Christmas,    We learnt to ride  bicycles once.

what a challenge that was.   Christmas for me is just one more annual  bicycle.   You'll make  it Meowmy.

We'll straighten you up if you get the wobbles.                                   ..                 tones

Re: Tabaluga's

Thats good @TAB did not know you had a pool.  It will be nice for you in summer. Well you got the pool cover for nix which is nice to know. I bet you were chuffed about that. It reminds me when I used to go to a B&B yonks ago. They had a nice spa in the mud brick cottage I used to stay in. Anyway it was a lovely place to stay in the midst of a lush forest. Well I guess I got to organise my kitchen and then go for a walk.

Do you know when the aircon installation goes in?  Its quite expensive to install. Wanted to ask is your meterbox ok for new installations?  You may have to get it ripped out by an electrician. My solar power is doing ok by the way, its hooked up to the grid so I'm assuming if my solar panels generate excess energy might get some money back each billing period. Even if my bill gets reduced to zero like someone in my online budgeting group I'll be happy. Electricity prices are going to go even higher next year which is why I acted now with going solar.  So far I have not regretted the decision. Have heard horror stories with some installations. I did research the market so hopefully I will be ok

Re: Tabaluga's

  • i do not have a pool, it is on the way and tiny, 1 person
  • I have ordered something I can lie in 2x 1.5 metres
  • i was looking at solar thermal stuff to heat it and found pool covers
  • I am putting a/c's in they are 10A 240v plug in window units
  • yes, last time sparky was here they had to pull meterbox apart and make additions. It happens.
  • I am still thinking about rooftop evap A/c as giving away water here and power is robbery. eg power bill $700 and water bill $40 ha ha ha ha lol

yeah solar one day , dont know who to trust, wont be connected to grid tho ha ha
