that leaves 2 people, the always upbeat guy met at work 15 years ago, not up to that, I need to be positive to talk to him. or younger brother who is usually busy. again, what would I say ? oh I might look up some phone numbers. oh its just simple shit and dumb stuff , but got to me @StuF 

cancelled medical, blew same job twice (2 dift people rang me lol)

and have been eating depleted uranium going by scales @ drs ha ha lol

@TAB I reckon scales can go get in the bin and stay there forever! Last time I was at drs and they said they need to check weight and height I said, nope don't want or need to do that, I'm good.😃

We all get to a point where "simple shit and dumb stuff" gets to us @TAB 

And it's especially tough if you feel there is nowhere to turn to when you need support

yeah I'm just in shock , was in shock 4 years ago at how much put on, now have done it again, never been anything close to this before lol. am way out of comfort zone. um yes, good idea re refusing. bit like guy worked with years ago doing functional physical. theysaid do duck walk low as you can like 4 metres he just refused, said nothing to do with what I do at work. whereas they made me do it like 5 times over guess cos they could did not say I was doing something wrong @hanami
