Yeah I walked this morning. Glad you are exercising 

My legs don't resemble themselves anymore - they are trim and muscular now.  I used to have problems lifting my thigh up to access my feet but its no problem anymore.  I still have to keep going with my weightloss goals. I don't know how I'm going to keep doing it but I just keep telling myself consistency is the key. So I'm out every day now.

Thanks @StuF for the encouragement re: walking. I have no choice really.  The blood irradiation watch has boosted my vitality and health.  I feel young again.  I know athletes use it. Anyway got to get around to cooking my dinner then out for another walk.  Wowee!

Gosh some people are stupid @Meowmy @Former-Member  woman from conveyancers tried to ring me today, got all funny  when I tried to explain she may have left it too late to make settlement as I can only transfer $100k/day oh we do this all the time (like im a liar or stupid or dont have the money..) told her, this is commbank rules, nothing Ican do...

so paid $100k today and will pay the rest tomorrow

ha yeah i need lite and easy.. nearly signed up for dr diet for $13/dayto take some horrible pills for min weight  reduction.. I backed out at last minute. though I can do that myself lol not by poisoning myself and paying a fortune..
