well, think will withdraw all money and put back in commonwealth now, extra interest not worth the stress w crappy software @Former-Member got $100k out today , can only do that every 24hours. would have deleted code /security app on old phone but not game to. Hate it had to talk the 3 people and all wrong/stupid/very hard to understand

anyway talked to f agent for an hour about country , she gets paid to talk o not an issue, but seemed easy. made low blow offer after explaining it re comparision w recent sales. she said No, paused a bit and went a little bit higher , she said would take offer to seller because can settle quickly 

I ended up doing full standup routine on phones, water tanks, stove tops, country life , butchering animals , you name it, even ended up with a string of double entrendres as filters came off  ..lol

Thats all good @TAB. Can't begin to say how happy I am for you. Did they accept your offer?You can always do up the garden the way you want. Its a bit of a blank slate so you can get the desired result afterwards. It probably sold cheap because of old exteriors and barren lawns and garden.  I bet you could do something nice with the garden. Well there you go, it was worth going the S.A. in the end ❤️
