I say the rollercoaster of life.
We just need to reach out when down.
Do not let the downs consume us.
Embrace the highs like nougts and crosses, toasties, family, our abilities, good coffee and cake!
Off to sleep soon and getting ready for a cool week. I do not like 38oC so l will not complain in winter.
Thanks for the chat with you and @tyme
You are a great person Jay5!

Such is life @ArraDreaming @Former-Member ,
We have our ups and downs, and we have our round and rounds.
I think the part that disappointed me the most yesterday was that I reacted in a way that I thought I was 'over'. That is, allowing my thoughts to head into dark paths. That's the part that reminded me that I am still human.
However, after a good rest today, I really feel better in that I can tackle the hurt better. I can't change what was said to hurt me, but I can move on with a smile on the dial 🙂
That's life. We get hurt, but we just gotta get up again.
It's not about how we fall or how many times, but about how we get up.
I can see you are trying to do you best @ArraDreaming . We all are. And that's what matters.

Thanks for sharing @tyme
I admire your strength in moving forward
And yes, whatever happens we are human and being human reminds us we have emotions and need to find ways to ignore the bad things. Hard to do. But better than letting them change our values.
Jay and you are great!
