Hi @Former-Member, I tried to post something earlier, but my phone was being very disobedient, anyway I'll try again, I'd love a dirty chai with goat milk, had one earlier after lunch. I didn't get to rehearsal today as I'm still wheezing alittle from what was a bad cold last week, and is now just a bit of a wheeze and occasional sneeze. I got it from Bartok breathing into my mouth accidentally while he was lying on my arm on the bed last Tuesday night. I took in a gulp of air and he turned his head towards me and breathed out at the same time...anyway, it happens. Today I was able to do almost an hour of exercise; I'm sweating out the remainder of the bug and it's working. I bought some portable parallel bars on Gumtree, so I've started using those as well as my bike, my rowing machine, my weights, jump rope.... Also yesterday for the first I attended an art class, and really enjoyed it, and have homework to do for the next class. How are you all going?

Hi @Abner sorry to hear

 about your cold last week but pleased to hear you are recovering.

Art class sounds great - lots of fun. I don't seem to have any artistic talent.

I brought an exercise bike recently and am managing x 2 sessions of 20 mins per day as well as swimming every second day.

A dirty chai sounds lovely.

My day has been quite still recovering from a big weekend.

It was freezing we had our heater on during the day here which we haven’t had to turn on during the day for a while now, 12c or something stupid like that. Sunny mornings that turn to grey and rain by 11am, been like this everyday for 3 weeks @Shaz51  I am getting really over it

Hi @Former-Member, of course you have artistic talent, everyone has artistic talent, everyone's creative and imaginative. There's no particular formula for artistry, and it makes me quite angry
