@Shaz51 , my dear. I'm sorry to hear. Did something happen?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Yes thanks @Shaz51

I am all good. No need to worry about me. I have picked up again this week m. The sun is going to shine all this week. I will try and sit in the sun for a while every day while I can. I seem to suffer a bit on those rainy days.

How’s your Mum and Mr. Shaz?

Ohh @tyme everything is building up , mum's body is breaking down,  I know she is in the best place and care but to see her determinating is sad

And Mr shaz had a ADHD day today

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Oaktree , Mr shaz is really having a ADHD day as well as Bipolar day

Mum body is breaking down over time

Re: Share a cuppa?

I am so sorry to hear that your Mum is deteriorating @Shaz51

You are doing the best for her. She is where she can get the best care. It must be so hard for you to watch. Just spend as many moments as you can spare with her.

ADHD can also be hard to manage. Very tiring!
