Hey @Shaz51  Had a busy day in the garden with sun shining for a change. I suffer from aching hips as well and giving me grief tonight.  Even managed to get the washing dry on the line. Been a long week for me since Mothers Day blues, lingered all week and simply couldn’t shake it but pulled myself back up today so upright and moving forward again. Days like that really trigger heavy emotions for me still. Another sunny day forecast tomorrow at least for the morning so may just have to venture to the ocean for a refreshing float. Have a lovely Sunday.

Yes I find gardening very hard on my hips too 

I could never had children of my own and I have looked after 250 children in my lifetime before coming a step mum of 4 

Going to the beach sounds nice and relaxing

How has everyone's day and week been?

I have had a quiet one, recovering from a cold and playing snap and go fish with my 5 year old.

Ha yeah snap and fish. There's another fish where you lay so many cards face down and have to remember where they are to make pairs. We also used to play Switch
