Hello lovely humans,
I recently joined this community and I'm really grateful to have found a safe, supportive space. I struggle with loneliness and feeling that the people in my life, while wonderful and kind, cannot support me in the way I desire because they don't truly understand what it's like living with C-PTSD.
I'm wondering if there are any others healing from C-PTSD on here living in the Perth Region (I'm just south of the river) who are also seeking connection with people who get them and their journey. I would love to connect potentially create a local support network.

Hi @Zesty88,
Your initiative to connect with others who share experience of C-PTSD makes a lot of sense and I hope that you and others manage to do this.
Warmly,
