@Shaz51 oh that is so hard darlin! My mum was just telling me they've had to get a hospital winch to help dad get up to go to the bathroom and stuff, it's so hectic. I don't think people truly understand how much our mobility impacts our day to day life until they don't have it anymore hey.

Very true @Jynx
People do not realise or understand
My cousin has " oh you look OK " or " can't you just get a transplant "
A transplant list is very very long and you have to wait for years
Or can't the doctors do something- my condition has to get worse first
Hugs for your parents @Jynx 🥰
Like my mum , whatever she ate or drank she would still lose weight

Ohhhh hugs @Shaz51 lumbar spine problems can do that. My sister is much worse than I am. Her back is bad and she doesn't have any feeling in her leg now.
Have you had a scan? I got an MRI then I could get a care plan for physio.

@Shaz51 sounds silly but I'm not sure how good my eye is. My distance vision is better since the ops but a lot of things are murky. I can read a bright screen OK.
I'm Sagittarius but that's all I'll say... probably won't celebrate this year.

Just the one username @Shaz51 . I was involved with SANE a few years before that - I bought stuff and donated - but I didn't know about the forums.
