@Zoe7 I can't see what it is that I might need. It is showing up as a little black square with a cross in it. I just checked and it isn't showing up on my phone either. Of course, maybe it is a little black square with a cross in it that I need - it looks a bit like something you might stick over my mouth to avoid any unintended tinker-eliciting comments coming out. 
(and yes, you were sooooooooooo right about how long my serious face lasted!).
