Hi @Shaz51,
Apologies for the late reply!
Doing okay, feeling really tired haha. Trying to navigate through support services for my partner, it's really frustrating. I had to advocate on the phone yesterday that this one service absolutely cannot arrive at 10am in the morning, because my partner has insomnia (and doesn't sleep until 8am). This service was absolutely adamant about coming, but I kept advocating against it and we sorted it out. As a carer I really wasn't impressed lol. It made me feel really validated though, because a lesser me would've just accepted it and suffered the consequences; so I felt rather proud 🙂
It's off uni time, so I have way more spare time to myself. Trying to enjoy it, but can't help feeling like I need to be productive. Trying to be to myself.

Hi
Thx for the welcome
Dont really know my way around the forum, so im kinda hesitant about posting. I will slowly get used to how things work and look forward to positive interactions with everyone 🙂
I have BPD, have no friends, and kinda sit at home playing games all day. Not sure how to interact with others and wouldnt mind connecting with people with similar problems (Especially if they have somehow overcome some of the social anxiety and have tips !).
Hope everyone is having a good day

hey @KevinNew83! welcome 😊
no worries, please do take your time and feel free to tag me or anyone else if you need a hand with navigating the forums.
we have a bunch of different spaces, you can read through/post in any of them. to reply to someone's post, you click the 'reply' button at the bottom of their post.
to tag someone: you put a @ symbol first, type the username (a drop-down box will come up), and select the member(s). this way, the person tag will be notified of your response.
i think starting a new discussion would help you connect with others in a similar boat! you could make one new discussion or even 2 (if you wanted to chat about social anxiety tips and BPD separately). if you'd like a hand with this, let us know - we can walk you through the steps 😊 also there's no pressure to post the new discussion today/now, so you can always reach out later too!
looking forward to connecting with you!
