I have never put mine in the fridge before either. I think I want chips the day I want them and not 3 days from then

@Oaktree @rav3n I usually blanch them, dry them, cook them in oil for a bit... put them in the fridge until dinner time, then cook them in very hot oil until golden. They usually come out looking a lot like yours Oaktree. I'm just far too curious to see what difference this marathon of a recipe makes. I kind of hope no much... that way I can just go back to the far quicker method! 😁
