Just spoke to him on the phone @Glisten that was all. I cant afford a coach but he shared some really good tips! I will let you know how I go. I bought a supp from him and was just following up with a query. But yes I'm going to be even more involved in trying to get down to my correct BMI and physical fitness. Most things over the course of my life I have had to do myself so make use out of what precious info I can get.

@Glisten I did not know you were a Taurean!!! But yes we had a Jupiter in Taurus transit which has nothing to do with your star sign as far as I know.  I'm an earth sign myself and we tend to get along. My friend when she was alive was Taurean and was a bookkeeper! They certainly know how to balance the books! ❤️

I think the Greens have a more favourable disposition regards the conditions of public housing

@SmilingGecko housing won't allow an air-conditioner in here also apparently not enough power in this place, there's only 6w of power here, got told it's not enough to run one, I don't understand anything with how much power you need to run a house

House is on mains electricity? @saturnzoon  you get a power bill? Maybe they think need to uograde meter . Modern a/c uses little power even a split. Sounds like bs unless . I would get someone to help you ask again. Get it in writing.tell them will go to local MP etc ac very cheap and has become necessary these days

A modern single room split system, 'i have em at  my place'  has a 10 amp standard plug on it.

If you can boil a jug,   run a bar heater,  then it should run a small split system.

Your physical and mental health are being adversely impacted, and there are an increasing number of 

people with your issue.       I just wonder if anyone has thought of a class action.  There are a few people on here that like SG that have worked the top end of town. I reckon, strength in numbers.

You may just have a case that at the very least, might make the news.
