Re: Good Morning!

@tonys  You my friend have permission to reproduce anything I write. If it goes in a book I want 10% of your publishing contract.

Write … anything. Don’t think about it. Write on toilet paper if you have to.

I’m sure the Book keeper, the love and respect you have for her embellishes the name, would give it a digital home.

Re: Good Morning!

I only got aircon in the past few years. Got me through some difficult summers. I had no choice really as my meds cause temperature dysregulation in my body. For the times I went without it would go to cafe/library/RSL for an entire day to cool off @Historylover.  The aircon has made a huge difference. Pretty soon it will be mandatory for homes to have certain energy upgrades. There will be no gas heating - it will be all reverse cycle aircon. So heating and cooling will come from reverse cycle aircon. Your landlord will have to do the upgrades whether he likes it or not. I'm hoping it comes sooner than later for you as it will be strict compliance

Re: Good Morning!

@Glisten you said you had ADHD

Listening to 40Hz is like Ritalin for the mind. There are many 40Hz audios on youtube for ADHD

Studies support this. You can look up the studies on the internet. People are getting relief

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks  @Glisten .. Writing,   Did it on anything that held ink for half a century.     These days,  the number of strokes I have had.  I  just plant my tongue firmly in cheek,  and  'light relief'  myself  all over scraps of paper.    The odd poem if I wake up with the right dream,   before it pixilates,  but thats about it mate..

I get one smile back n I'm happy.

I'm going to try for my biggest yawn,   then dash in,  close my lips behind me,  for a nice,  raindrops on windowsills,     snooze..

Hope you are relaxing your day away Glisten..  bye folks

Relaxing day away here @tonys  humidity is energy sapping

Re: Good Morning!

Hi guys, weird weather today here in Adelaide had hot then storm and rain which we didn't get here where I am and muggy now.

@Former-Member I'm going to check out youtube 40Hz audios that you mentioned for @Glisten as it may help my son who has same issue, always looking for ways to help him and try anything

@StuF my sleep is all over the place, sometimes the meds don't help and I have melatonin but I've always had trouble sleeping as any noise wakes me up, I'm a light sleeper

@Historylover I go to bowling alley sometimes not good at it but like you I enjoy it

@MDT hope your settling into your new home

Went today cinema this morning to see movie for free Jesus Revolution"  has 99% reviews that was actually based on true story about hippies and flower 🌼 power late 60's early 70's . It is a lovely family one with no swearing or nudity stuff rated pg and the music in it is awesome, a lot of us cried in it to, don't often get movies these days.

Only spose to be 26 here today but it's 28 now and 31 in my house.

@tonys @TAB @Meowmy @Oaktree @Appleblossom

@Shaz51 @Bill16 @StanD

Hope all have a cool safe day

Re: Good Morning!

@saturnzoon

I saw the Jesus Revolution by accident. Went with my support worker to see something else but she got her tiles mixed up so we saw this instead. Going by the title it’s not something I would have chosen to see but I really enjoyed it. I am religious but I am also a bit of a hippie.

Re: Good Morning!

Hope your house cools down @saturnzoon  was 26deg and 60% humidity here and host doesnt want a/c on had to go lie down

Re: Good Morning!

Same @Oaktree I'm spiritual and would not have paid to see this either when I found out the name of it,   support worker was taking us  as it was free, it turned out to be really good.

Didn't know it was based on a true story till end

@TAB hope you be ok 60% humidity is awful. I used to be ok in heat but as I got older my body can't take it anymore especially anything above 29, I get migraines and nausea.

One of my workers has a air cooler there not using so said I can use it, I just have to go to Bunnings and buy a hose for it, then find out how to connect it

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks @saturnzoon  hope you get a/c working .its ok w fans here but thats only in bedroom lol
