Re: Good Morning!

@Glisten Yes I had unconscious memory reactivated over someone I got acquainted with on facebook who triggered my family history of neglect. It was super overwhelming. It was also indicated astrologically in my natal transits. The subconscious really needs to be treated with care and respect.

In fact I may go over it and see the transit again and revisit how best I could have worked with it. I never would have thought it would have had such powerful and far reaching effects. But yes I was totally overcome. I really struggled to come to terms with it. Therapy wasn't an option

Did you get any more sleep @EternalFlower ?

I had a bit of trouble myself

How are you today?

Re: Good Morning!

Wow @Former-Member  I wonder why they triggered that feeling in you?

You sent me a link to a guided meditation, did you?

For the life of me I can’t find that post. I’m blaming the mercury/uranus thing.

Hello @saturnzoon

Hope your fan hunting goes well!

Have you thought of draping yourself in a wet towel at night that has been soaked in cold water and lightly wrung? I did that for many years to get a good nights sleep. Heard it on the radio as a useful tip. That with the fan on in your room should make some days more bearable.

I also used to and still do, use a cold gel pack which is a meter long thats filled with cooling gel. Its great to sleep on at night. I alternate between having a cooling pad on my bed and the other in the freezer. I think I bought them off Catch of the Day. It seems to warm up after about 45 minutes so you have to pull the other one out of the freezer and swap them around. But its C-O-L-D to start with. I wouldn't say its fully effective. A towel is just as good. But just another idea.

Do you keep your curtains closed? 80% of heat comes through windows. I still have foil on my windows plus my verticals
