I know @Historylover I went through a difficult patch several years back during a Scorpio season and I think so many other people did too. Sagittarius is always welcome. Anyway tomorrow the Sun will move into Sagittarius and things will get lighter. We can expand our horizons and go beyond limiting factors of Scorpio. How have you been keeping? I noticed you have been quiet on the forums.

The Sagittarius energy sounds promising @Former-Member. I look forward to a few breakthroughs and finding the light after the dark. Thank you @Former-Member for the positivity ✨️

I'm looking forward to the change, @Former-Member. A breather will go down well.
I've been licking my many wounds and keeping a low profile. I joined an activities group and have been playing indoor bowls which has been very enjoyable. The folk there seem benign, but I feel that they are reading my bumps. I'll see how long I can make it last. I've learned that when you try to enter an established group, they have all the advantages. Let's see how long I last at my latest venture. At the moment, I'm having a break from despair.
I still dabble on my keyboard from time to time, but progress is so slow that I doubt I can sustain my interest. I just can't get my two hands to work together. I considered lessons but thought better of it. I intimidate easily when under pressure—something my ex-psychiatrist should have attended to, but I think he wanted me to retain those insecurities. 'Dear little man', 🫤.
Anyway, nice afternoon outside. I hope you've been keeping up with your walks. I'm doing my best.

Hello @Historylover its daunting and hard fitting in established groups. Rehab used to offer safe spaces for people. I met any nice folk but these centres but they closed down. Sometimes I would go to a neighborhood house/community centre. But it gets harder starting over as you get older. Putting yourself out there is not easy, I get it.
I'm still walking. Stopped for about a week a while back mainly due to hot weather and regretted it. I felt better once I got back into the swing of things. The weather has been good for walking. Yes still going! Scales have plateaued nothing shifting unfortunately but still at it. Its good for the physical fitness if nothing else.
Have been doing a new health audio to heal my CNS as I've been so wired due to stress in the past. Its strengthening my nervous system. Have been doing it every day. Its exciting to know these audios exist.
Not much else is new. Got my electricity bill and used about half as much electricity with solar panels. My bill was zero including Centrepay installments. But it will keep bills down. Still got to pay off loans! eeks.

The group is really nice at first blush, @Former-Member, but I don't know how to assess people these days and I can't allow myself the luxury of feeling safe. That's a lesson hard learned. It would be wonderful if it works out as they have a vast assortment of activities and for very small fees. I just hope they need me as much as I need them. I'm a good friend but I need equal reciprocation without underhanded tricks afoot.
It's amazing how quickly we lose fitness when we don't keep up with exercise. I'm trying to force myself to try new vegetarian recipes. I've had the book for ages, even open at a recipe, but only got around to making it last night. It was delicious so perhaps I'll be inspired to work my way through the book as I used to do years ago.
I feel like I'm spending more than usual of late, but when we change our system, costs change too and not always for the better.

Good afternoon @Glisten about to go for a walk here after my cup of dandelion tea. Pinky up! Nothing on today just wanting Officeworks to post my print run documents. Have been waiting quite a while. Should try and invest in a printer but won't buy anything now while mercury is in shadow ready to go retrograde. Anything with moving parts bought under that retrograde influence is liable to break. Mercury is retro until 3rd January. Charming! It couldn't get any sillier. lol
