Re: Good Morning!

@tonys I just love your refreshing posts with heart and soul. Just keep it coming! Ah not to worry about next door but they have caused me lots of trouble but I have other things on the go. Its a very small court and the houses are tightly bunched in together and the road is narrow so not much privacy.

You have mentioned that you have not had an education. I had friends who had no education and preferred hanging out with them. They had more going for them than educated people. The education system takes the creativity out of people and gets you to fit into a the system which is sick imho. I was expected to subscribe to extreme right wing liberalist economic theory to pass at uni.  I was failing miserably. University was soul destroying. Saw people I knew go grey overnight doing their CPA and heard other kamikaze accountants dying at their desks. No joke. These uni courses are designed to write people off!

In the end I decided a qigong certificate meant more to me than my fancy embossed parchment commerce degree from a Dean at the University. I don't know how you found your way through the system but I regret my degree tbh. People kept going on about my achievement but it was all parrot fashion learning not true education. Its how they keep higher education more cost effective via what is called "the banking method" where they just cram people in a theatre and dump info into your brain. I did that for several years. That was back in the late 80's early 90's.

Re: Good Morning!

Yes makes sense @Historylover I don't focus on them but they do get a kick out of abusing psychiatric patients. Not to worry. I'm sorry to hear you had a similar experience. My books have arrived at the library. Thanks for the idea! I have some books on hold about cryptocurrency which I will read this weekend.

Re: Good Morning!

Hello   @Former-Member   and thankyou so much.  Mate,  I love opening the morning paper and there you are too.

I feel you should be very proud of your academic achievements.    See,  I  have major learning difficulties.  I could always see where I wanted the spaceship to go.   But until a person just like you fell into my hands,   I just couldn't fly the space ship.   Chaos, leakage, mismanagement,  kickbacks, profitless volume.   You name the industrial disease,  I had it. .  Then an organised,  little miss sporting goods,   just like you came along,  and I new gold when I saw it.   Let me tell  you. . .

In the land of the   'I don't know'   the person that does know,   is king.   A hand full of go getters like you all synchromesh,   and  its a beautiful  thing.   I don't even fully know what used to go on at the farm ,   all I know is,  accounts paid,   people finally having fun,  and gradually they didn't really need my sorry ass around anymore .    Perfect.  Back to fishing,  campfire,  busking,  and learning to interact with amazing people on here,  and more and more ,  out there.   My goal in life was always to be,  comfortably redundant.    I am nothing without very smart people like you..  Please don't waste that incredible mind of yours

I agree with you about the grind of the education system,  and think its awful that many people emerge handcuffed in  financial  slavery,  but to guys like me,  you folk are gods..

You have to take full advantage of this and never underestimate your  specialist  powers.

If you change your mind and want my science approach to a realignment with  neighbours,

You'll find me   eagerly forthcoming on these maters.

Smiling Gecko..  Its no secret,  I think the world of you.  You'll find your stride and there will be no holding you back.              Your a thoroughbred .

Re: Good Morning!

Thank you for thinking of me @Historylover it was nice of you to supply that link. I checked it out and there was more types of crypto I hadn't heard of. I've heard of Ethereum but the others have never come across before. I've taken note and have also bookmarked it for later reference to go back to it.

I've just had a shower and waiting for my hair to dry. Did a really deep meditation this morning which made me feel wonderful. I usually do breathwork prior to meditation as it settles my body enough to receive meditation. I learned you just don't do meditation, meditation does you! So the breathwork is integral. I do many rounds of box breathing using a guided breathing audio from you tube. Sometimes in the past would do alternate nostril breathing but box breathing seems to quieten the mind more effectively for me.

Have balanced my chakras using a pyramid - it keeps me functioning on a daily basis.  I have noticed people with our diagnosis have issues with their root chakra in particular and are not properly grounded. Learned from a spiritualist a few years back that the root chakra would need all the attention it could get with all the destabilisation in the world. For example I would hate going into public places and would feel spacey but root chakra balancing would make me feel whole and integrated.  If it wasn't for my energy practices I don't know what I would do.

Came across a kinesiologist yesterday on you tube who had a sequence to clear the heart of negative energy as a result of heartbreak or any type of trauma that causes the heart to close. Its a simple practice and I'm feeling the veils around my heart being gently lifted off.  I've had a lot of trauma from my family of origin and this had followed me through life.  So will commit to doing a daily self administered kinesiological practice to open my heart as well as going back to my daily loving kindness metta meditation.  I think when you get to our age its very hard for the heart to stay open after many years of living. So now I'm focussing on heart energy.

Today I will go to the library as I did not go yesterday.  Am in a better frame of mind to get my mojo on and take a local trip on the bus!

Re: Good Morning!

I had a quick look at the site myself, @Former-Member  From what I saw, it seemed that Bitcoin is far and away the best, but the purchase price is astronomical, isn't it? At what point does the bubble burst is the question I keep asking myself.

I have no idea what it is about. I thought at some point long ago when my interest was piqued that it was a service that used an algorithm to buy and sell on the stock market. If that was so, it seemed better than the ordinary punter could achieve, but perhaps it is nothing like that?

Pleased that you have done all necessary steps to stand yourself in good stead for the day. Things are getting xmas-y out there, aren't they? Warmer weather tomorrow. Yippee!!

Re: Good Morning!

Morning all

Hasn't been a good week have been having a few panic attacks, sometimes  I have them around the end of year, when  my daughter moved interstate and also now has a 1yr old daughter which I have only seen once and then my oldest son who has Autism lives down south and he has a 4yr old son which I have only seen 3 times, it hits me pretty bad leading up to Xmas and my daughters birthday.

Hope everyone has a  good day.

Re: Good Morning!

Hi @saturnzoon  sorry things not to good for you atm.

Is there anything you could try to change the way you are feeling ?

Re: Good Morning!

Good morning, @saturnzoon. I hope the approaching xmas season can do something to lift your spirit regardless. There is something uplifting about it whether we are religious or not, or whether our family is integrated or not. Just try to accept what you can't change and make the most of it. I try. I know it's not easy.
