There sure is a lot of energy in there @Former-Member Reading it helps spark motivation in others.
But I most like your posts when you go right into the manusha and detail of topics. Don't get the time to respond often but I always read with a smile and bewilderment. I can see your little legs pumping away, and weights swinging..
Bet you have a watch that tracks everything and if you said it had GPS tracking, I would not be a all
surprised. Your the fun section of my morning paper. Cherrio and thanks Mr Gecko. tonys
Hey @TAB I did like the cover and that record.. Reminded me a bit of Mad magazine. Remember that rag. I used to love those things, still do. Well I hope sleep found you... but don't worry, I never owned a watch my whole life either.
Think I need a few weeks in Mr Gecko's boot camp. He would get my head and my place organized
in no time.
Have a great day fella's tonys mb 1
OH @StuF You still walk about mate. Bring me back a roo please. happy trails Stuf t

Hello @tonys I don't know if you knew but I'm actually a female. Just letting you know ❤️ Yes I went out for another walk today. My legs are looking more toned. You wouldn't actually believe this but I don't own a Fitbit watch! I've seen them but just stick to low tech I guess its just a conservative measure.
Thanks for your compliments. I don't know if I would make a good motivator. I find it hard to motivate myself but willpower was always an issue. Had to work more closely with my centre of will which is located in the solar plexus chakra.
Used you tube videos to clear out this chakra and heal it and just kept pushing myself. When I was studying commerce at uni I had a strong willpower to go through financial records etc which involved brain deadening fomulaic calculations that were pages long which you had to memorise. It was really hard. That all changed with my breakdown. I think having a mental illness does something to your center of will in the stomach about toxic situations you just can't "digest". It was a chakra issue for me and now its no longer plaguing me.

Oh @tonys you are so lovely and full of so much H-E-A-R-T I love receiving your messages! Not to worry about the oversight, its hard to know who is on here. But yeah most blokes tend to exercise more than do dieting. That is easy to assume.
My house is coming out of being an organised mess I have to say but its liveable. I just hate housework. But time away from the computer is great for getting stuff done. I dunno I feel like computers tend to immobilize me a bit so I have to try and have a to-do list now before the day starts and keep myself away from social media in order to get my house in ship-shape nick. Anyway I do feel on here we motivate eachother. SANE forums give me structure otherwise nothing would happen.
I hope you're having a good day and yes I have many yarns to tell, I am looking forward to having a good yack with you on here.
Take it easy buddy and thanks for bringing a smile to my face 🙂

Thanks for your kind words @Former-Member Well with that cleared up, I'm going to bench press my comic book and have a snooze. I'm stuck in hospital for a bit, but they should unleash me soon.
Some visitors this arvo so, my plan is, cheat them at cards, make peace with nurse Ratchit, and rattle my sympathy beggars bowl for an extra helping at afternoon tea. Win the tea trolly lady, and Ive won the war.
Well I better let you go shake the world up, Little miss sporting goods. Look forward to you on the morrow. tonys mb 1
