Hello @TAB saw you and Dimity on the tidying up thread. Its got me going. Have been cleaning the house. My space looks a lot better. It did not take long on some spaces but the kitchen and bathroom/laundry really need a deeper clean. Thanks for inspiring me. Now off to have dinner and then do my resistance band training! See you tomorrow. I hope you are not in too much pain to exercise. Give it a try and see how you go!

Yes it does sound as if your plantar fascitis is not getting better. The alternative with swimming and cycling may be a less painful option than walking. I had back/hip problems but was able to get it fixed. It was very painful walking prior to recent date. I would go back to doctor and see what he has to say. You need some breakthrough with this. Hoping you will get some resolution. I'm walking every day and doing resistance training both morning and night now. Will see what my fasting blood sugar is tomorrow @TAB Will be doing more housework tomorrow. This website is very good for keeping me on course

Hello @StuF have been up early this morning. Feeling fatigued so won't be pushing myself today. May just do a walk and thats it. Got in resistance band training this morning. But walk I must lol. Was able to schedule a closer appointment with a podiatrist. Accessible via one bus trip. The other podiatrist was a couple of suburbs across and did not connect well with buses so would have had to fork out money for a taxi plus a medicare co-payment. So am going to this local podiatrist instead. Wishing you a good day today with physio. I am having a boring dull day today lol

No point pushing yourself if fatigued @Former-Member
That's good about your podiatrist- sounds a much better situation.
Physio all done here- was good. Just about to get off this chair and walk- the cicadas are singing and the day ain't getting any cooler!
