Hey @TAB I got this in my e-mails this morning.  Its FREE advice from a yoga teacher on how to treat knee pain whether its post surgery or you have cartilage, ligament or tendon damage. This yoga teacher has successfully used it on her own knees with the protocol she outlines here:

Don't know if the knee yoga exercises are your thing but passing along anyway @TAB They don't take long to do and Catherine Carrigan has had knee problems herself and has done yoga for around 30 years.  I love her articles.  She is a New York Times Best Seller and her books have been quite popular. I hope you're having a nice day so far but was thinking of you regarding knee issues. Felt it was ok to share
