problem solved enough
meantime got no adequate pain relief, and somehow(?) pain getting worse despite limiting movement to necessary and not working ?
that's about it lol
oh , union said do you care what happens re keeping job, said yes, will get back to them tomorrow and saw do whatever it takes dont care if I end up with no job
