Re: Good Morning!

I did not get your message up until now @MDT so i'm sorry for missing your comments.  I have noted that you have coffee on a regular basis and was concerned the amount of take away coffees you have every day.  I had to stop having coffee some years ago.

I read years ago on a health website that Vitamin B12 gives you energy to power through your day minus the jitters.  I take B12 in the morning and it gives me energy burst like coffee but no anxiety.

Another thing you can do instead of coffee as a coffee substitute is to drink roasted dandelion root tea it tastes just like cuppacino but without coffee side effects, you will love it!!! You can buy loose. I get organic.

And if youre wondering how to quit the addictive habit of coffee with no withdrawal symptoms you can do free Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) off you tube for addictions.  EFT uses biofeedback to activate both sides of the brain and meridian tapping with your fingers on points on the body. Its one of the most powerful modalities on the planet today and is used in trauma and all kinds of difficult to treat issues.

Just keep doing the tapping until you are free of withdrawal symptoms.  I got someone - a cold hard smoker to quit a 30 year habit in a matter of minutes using EFT.

EFT for CRAVING AND ADDICTION This is a great intro to the general idea behind tapping for cravings and addictions.  I suggest you do this first.

EFT FOR COFFEE ADDICTION is a little advanced for people so not necessarily for newbies but once you understand how to work with EFT this may consolidate your learning

Re: Good Morning!

Hi all and thanks
I was getting overwhelmed with my study and I was feeling like a failure in life. Wondering what I'm doing. It isn't a nice feeling
Many things coming up. Feels I'm going in circles.
Tomorrow I am going to reschedule my entire day to prioritise what I need to do and what I want to do.

I'm feeling overwhelmed with everything going on

Re: Good Morning!

That can’t feel great @MDT , I think other members can vouch that you are certainly not a failure in life, but I acknowledge that’s how you’re feeling & having me say you’re not isn’t meant to magically take that away…

What are those things you’re going to prioritise for yourself for tomorrow?

Re: Good Morning!

Thank you for your support @Former-Member

Re tomorrow - going to list out all the the things I need to do and the things I want to do and figure out time commitments to them.

I am getting cabin fever being stuck at home all the time. But no choice. Have no place to be.

Re: Good Morning!

Sure, that sounds valid. @MDT
Hope you get to find those things you can spend your time doing which are meaningful to you.
It's funny b/c in general I do well with structure & routine but then crave spontaneity as well. It's a balancing act I continue to have.

Re: Good Morning!

@MDT

Would you be able to make time in your day to get out and see a movie or something? Give yourself another "place to be" for a while, get out of the house and out of your head?

Re: Good Morning!

Hmm @StuF
I am hoping to head to the beach when the monsoon is over. Been raining 2 weeks solid.

Re: Good Morning!

Yeah @Former-Member
I'm gonna go to bed soon. Have doctor in morning to get mental health plan

Re: Good Morning!

I hears ya @MDT

Very over the rain. Obviously grateful not flooded, but yeah. Doesn't do much for the mood

Re: Good Morning!

Indeed @StuF
Mind you, neither is cabin fever being stuck inside.
