I'm finally back in forumland after time out due to a hospital admission and a subsequent PARCS admission that followed due to an episode of psychosis that started on 24/8. I was finally admitted to hospital on 6/9 for 9 days and then a 2 week stay at PARCS thanks to my psychologist requesting it whilst I was in hospital. I also had my meds changed for the better whilst I was in there. I've managed to learn a lot about myself in so many ways and I now feel so much more happier, stronger and confident after having my mental health treatment.

Good to have you back @Judi9877 sounds like you've been through the wringer.  Sorry to hear that you've had to cope with another mental health episode!  I hope that you have steadier footing now.  I'm very familiar with your experience yet have never been to PARCS. Its great you got the support you needed when you needed.  Stay positive and keep smiling!

It really is great to know, while your recent admission was precipitated by health issues, that the outcome has been positive for you.
