Yes, @BPDSurvivor . I am indeed very lucky to have the support I do from my Mum. When I've been at my lowest, she is the reason I am still here - if you can read b/w the lines.
I really hope you get to visit your parents over the Dec-Jan holidays. I'm sure they are missing you, just as much as you're missing them.
You have a sister living near you don't you?
That's a shame the panel wasn't as you expected, but it sounds though you still got something out of it. No, I haven't had a peer or social worker. Sounds like something is benefit from though.
Not much else today, just a bit of housework.
Anything on for your weekend?

@Schitzo , awesome! Voluntary work is fantastic. It gives a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction. You're in Tassie, aren't you? Any Covid19 restrictions? Tassie is like the state down under... often forgotten 😒
@WIP , your memory serves you right - I do have a sister close by. However, mental health is a no go zone with her because she's got enough to deal with already. Soooo... yeah. I don't have family support at all, and I think this is why the area mental health team have taken me under their wing for so long. I am heading for a discharge in the not too distant future - that will be a scary time when it comes. But I'll keep you in the loop about that. Give your mum an awesome hi5 from me. We need more people like her.
As for the weekend, I don't have much on. Just going to tidy things and catch up on a few tasks before I begin work on Monday. I hope to go on a few more walks over the wkend. I also want to treat myself before I go back to work. Not sure what to do though... I'm quite limited. It's mainly grocery stores and petrol stations are open LOL.
