Morning everyone - I have a busy day today. My mother is coming for morning tea. And her friend is staying with me (she's from the country) so mum wants to see her too. Mum and get only for the most part, but I've hidden much of my MI from her, including all the hospital admissions. She doesn't live nearby so it's easy. Then to see my pysch doc this afternoon who I hope won't insist I go to hospital, but possibly will. I'm already on edge, so I'll try to take a good walk if the rain holds off.

I hope everyone has a decent day.
