@TAB @Appleblossom @Ant7 made it through somehow.
Had 30 girls all day for a girls day, aged 9-12. Totally exhausted and sore. Have another 30 tomorrow afternoon, 6-9 year olds.
Was ok with the girls but have totally lost it when I came home. my brother that I do not want anything to do with has been here and left a note on the door. It has been 20 years and last time I told him I never wanted to see or hear of him again. I am glad that I was not here when he arrived but feel awful knowing that he has been in my space, even just outside my house. Became panicky and scared knowing it. That added to being tired and sore has really shaken me. Now I am afraid he may turn up again. Police station just down the road so I am hoping that if he does come back they will be here quickly.

Your post about your brother sent prickles through me. I felt some of your distress and fear. Hope you get support if you need it.
It was lovely to hear a lot of your day was good.

Thanks @Appleblossom
Can't help but wonder what exactly made him come here after all these years. I am afraid he may do something if does come back. His note says he stopped here on his way between two places, but he would have to go well out of his way to get here. It was a deliberate act. Just wish I did not have to wait 2 weeks to see B. Last time I heaard from him was when he wanted bail and I told him where to go and that I did not want to hear from or see him again. Had put him in after seeing on the news that they wanted him and it was a really bad cctv picture.
Just feeling quite unsettled and jumpy after it. Every noise I hear is making me jump and it is not even really dark here yet (only 6.30). Think I will take a sleeping tablet later and try to get some sleep if I can so I am able to get through tomorrow. Think being with other ladies I trust will be good and I know they will keep me safe.
