@greenpea and this ladies and gentlemen is why I need to pay more attention to this particular thread!
Man I love that song.
Headstones are a Canadian band that I got into in the early 2000's. This version of Edmund Fitzgerald is IMHO outstanding
(FYI and forgive me for info y'all probably know - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald is a song that was originally performed by another Canadian Gordon Lightfoot)

Hi @greenpea I saw you were about on Forums.
So thought I would say Hello....
Not too hot here now (28C), so that's nice - Much more Comfy than 40C.
I broke another tooth last night (my Birthday night), so not happy about that one.
My teeth have become brittle, I'm having a tooth break every few months (past few years).
Didn't chew hard or anything, it just broke.
How have you been?

@ENKELI reminds me of Bob Dylan. his voice that is. what other bands do you listen to?

@greenpea yeah, Hugh Dillon. He's got a great voice.
For my secular stuff I love anything from the 80's but other than that era I listen to pretty much anything except heavy metal.
ACDC - can't be an Aussie and not love Acca Dacca
Disturbed for David Draimans' unf*cking believable voice, ABBA, some Eminem, Taylor Swift (thanks to one of the other forum users lol!) there are a couple of Marilyn Manson songs along with Rihanna, Piano Guys, Switchfoot, Exit Eden, and the rest are Christian bands that most people on here have probably never heard of.
I will stand brave and probably alone but can't stand Metallica.

I hope your Cardiologist Appointment goes well @greenpea No my Dentist does not know why this is happening.
He is not very helpful, to be honest.
He just happily takes $100's off me (about $200 at least) every time I need to have a broken tooth fixed.
Apparently my Tooth Enamel (the hard outer layer) has become Depleted.
Dentist has blamed my having Fisherman's Friend Lozenges in my mouth (Sugar Free ones with no Food Acid).
That's not the cause, since I have not been having any anyway.
🤔So cause unknown - Unless it's Old Age....

Hi @Adge apologies for butting in but I read your post about your teeth and I have had the same problem for the past 2 years.
I am not sure what's caused it, my GP said it's probably dry mouth caused by medications but I'm not sure.
I was eating a sandwich with fresh bread so it was really soft and part of a tooth broke off. Are there any supplements, treatments etc that you are taking to prevent any more breakage? Mine have got to the point where I will probably have to have them all removed and replaced with dentures 😟
Thanks for listening,
Enkeli

Hi @ENKELI Yes well my Teeth breaking too frequently issue has been happening for several years at least, too.
Like you, I am also worried about ending up with no teeth at all (Dentures instead).
It's become very expensive - As my out of pocket costs for the last 3 Dental Appointments has been about $800.
The rest was covered by my Ancillary Extras Health Cover - As the total was double that.
I'm not taking any particular Dietary Supplements for my Teeth - As I'm not aware of any particular Vitamins or Minerals that would help.
My Dentist insists that Teeth Do Not Become Calcium Depleted - Teeth do not lose Calcium, according to my Dentist.
Yet this does not make any sense - My Teeth are now Brittle, & are having major Breakages every few months, whilst only chewing soft things (gently).
So surely that means that my teeth are Depleted of something....
Perhaps a Calcium Supplement might help.
I'm sorry to hear that you think you may have to have Dentures (teeth removed).
I really don't want to end up with (have) Dentures, either.
