Ahhhh @TAB Church was alright in the end. Juggling personalities was more work than the music, but we got there. Thanks... lead a funky song and read its witty and intelligent lyrics.
@Historylover Wanted to include you whatever was going on. Not wanting to be over the top pozzie ... which is different to a cozzie ...
finding a very blurry line where we get the best possible ... in our situations.

Thats really great about your house being cool inside. You must feel relieved that you have somewhere to live now and everything is coming together nicely @TAB. I've just cooked some apple chips. You slice the apple thinly then sprinkle both sides with ginger and cinnamon. Cook in oven at lowest setting for an hour then flip and cook for another hour. They are a cheap healthy and crunchy DIY savoury snack

Hey there you pair of trouble makers, @Appleblossom and @TAB.. Thank you for thinking of me on this lovely Spring day. How's the weather over there, @TAB, and your home, but be kind, you know I haven't got one.
The cake and the desserts here are delicious. The food is nutritious, though old school. I can't eat it anymore. I'm hoping to get home soon and eat my own bad cooking instead.
You're a bit of a dab hand in the kitchen, aren't you, @TAB ? Do I remember correctly? Wie gehts?

yes we havent spoken in a while @Historylover . and I dont know where you are re no home.
a few people said they were moving recently (?)
I recently got myself another microwave so frozen dinners an option again
also got airfryer, so hot chips aare unbelievably good and simple..
Still do roasts sometimes, got leftovers of lambshank and veg soup on stove thats going to be birdfood today, been there too long oh can do basic chops, steak vegetables gave up on cakes years ago everything else just easier to buy and better like pizza, desserts. still do salads sometimes, used to do some good ones, now I get caesar salad kits fm woolies and add extras like hardboiled eggs, bbq chicken and prawns even ,, soo goood.
apart from playing around with house am having/about to have probs with job network and centrelink , also health issues, also trying to increase exercise and veg, fruit, but long slow process, not all straight ahead. plus trying to get head around not being physically able to do work was doing regularly til like 2 years ago, which is pushing $800/12 hr day atm, tempting to go do 3 days and run away again lol then get chicken and end up looking bad for backing out .. oh well

Those air fryer apple wedges look good. Have bookmarked it. Thanks for that @TAB Will stick to my oven chips for now. I'm not in the market for an airfryer atm but have thought about it, thanks for letting me know however.
I bought some hyaluronic and vitamin C powder to make into a serum as my own anti aging skin formula so have to pay it off slowly but its an investment that will last me for over a year, however long I don't know. But I won't buy a ready made serum, rather a DIY version of it for affordability. My gift to myself for my birthday next week. YAY! It should be more cost effective making it myself.
Thats great stuff is slowly coming together for you. I have been watching some journalism this afternoon and am about to put my produce away that the farmer delivered today. Am listening to my audios again. I'm really happy with what they are doing for me. They have changed my life

Did you know ayurveda uses oil with herbs its called "abhyanga" when you apply it to face and body. Theres an oil for each constitution vata, pitta and kapha. I used to use apricot oil but found it tiring oiling myself every day with my chronic fatigue syndrome. Have heard its possibly just as good putting nothing on your skin due to toxicity of beauty products and carcinogens today. But will give the serum a go. Its quite incredible what this combo can do @TAB
