Nice one @TAB you sound good. Way more structured than few days ago amidst the excitements (and bowel anxietys 😊) I like your plans.
Thanks for including me, roomie.
I've got weird world happening here this morning. Esoteric??? BS??
Ok, so I get up to make my tea, & I notice these black clumps on the kitchen floor. I thought maybe I had walked in dirt from the garden yada Yada....nope it's thick black ink, or oil. Where did it come from?
Do you still have your ghost? Or did it come here?
And I'm sick, like I want to throw up.
I did intensive self care & cleaning yesty.

.. what @StuF said @StanD ..lol ..
sparkie has just been and gone ..everything fixed. 3 twin power points replaced, one outside disconnected, one inside that was disconnected blanked off and fitting in bathroom ceiling replaced so its not hanging by wires anymore .. Great relief. one power point had burns inside, another was cracked enough to make a short, and one on the 'good' circuit literally fell apart in the guys hands, like someone smashed it with a hammer then put cover back on to hide it .. very odd..
so yes, thats easily $100 in power points let alone labour etc think cheapest bunnings ones $25 ea, these were better , plus its the country lol could be $500 who knows. at least done now and house not going to burn down from some nutter's sabotage looks like ha ha

@StanDI hope you feel better soon. You said you were sick. I wonder whats up with your health today???
@TAB good stuff about getting the electricals fixed. Glad it did not cost too much. You could possibly have other hidden issues with the house. Do you know if the ceiling has been recently properly insulated for example? I reckon theres more issues
