Yeah don't want to purchase anything if I can avoid it. Not into SMART devices don't want my vitals uploaded to a cloud @TAB!
Was tinkering with my burner phone and found a free fitness workout timer on an app. Works well but my Nokia display turns black usually after 30 seconds. Have left a message with Nokia customer care for advice.
If it does not work will buy a basic low tech watch with HIIT features. You don't need to buy these high tech watches. SMART gives off lots of radiation as far as I know.
So HIIT metabolises stubborn fat around organs? I'm still shedding more weight just walking alone but HIIT seems to be a good way to go. Its do-able
When do you move into your new place? We have another eclipse in early May. Eclipses come in pairs - usually back to back. It will be a jacked up full moon eclipse. A full moon plus an eclipse. I am not relishing the thought. My fallback strategy is usually to use amethyst crystal as it insulates you from cosmic disturbance from space.

Good suggestion the only problem is 60 seconds high intensity and 75 seconds recovery would overlap eachother during consecutive sets on a clock so it would not be the same points on the clock. I've got my free app, just got to sort out this Nokia display page blacking out. I've read its common on Nokias, its been like this since I had the phone. Apart from that its an amazing phone @TAB

Maybe make a number for starts
Then start. 2mins 15, add 2mins 15 etc
Prob easier to do manually or work times out first or run a stop watch for 2.15 then repeat.call lap timer on watch or use microwave set 2 15 then repeat .. @Former-Member

@TAB Congrats on purchasing a house!
@MDT good luck with the move to a share house. I’m sure you’ll love it!
@Former-Member I’m so proud of how you’re handling your diabetes management. Well done!
@Shaz51 Thinking positive thoughts in regards to your family situation🥰
As for me, today is laundry day with 2 loads of washing to be done along with some reading and some knitting as well. I’m trying to think positive thoughts if I get into my new course with the group interview on Wednesday morning. At least if I get into the course, I’ll have 1 day per week on campus and 1 day per week online with lectures so I’ll have some form of routine. Fingers crossed!
Take care!
