I also wanted to acknowledge your thoughtful message yesterday referring to your post about anger making us losers. I didn’t think it was insensitive; I just wanted to understand your perspective a bit better. Whatever is was, I appreciated your message (I just read it tonight).

I had a pleasant day today. I had a meeting this morning, then I took my niece out for some kids’ shows and school holiday programs. She sewed a hand puppet today. Then we had lunch out. This evening, I had a graduation ceremony as part of a health program. At least I’ve graduated. Lol.
I feel light and relaxed tonight. Can’t wait to dig into reading some books.
