Good morning @BPDSurvivor @TAB @Former-Member @MDT @hanami @FloatingFeather @Former-Member @Former-Member @Paperdaisy @maddison @Shaz51 and all forumites here. Thanks for the tag @BPDSurvivor and all the kind, caring, supportive and thoughtful vibes. It’s much appreciated!
The update is basically my car now has mechanical issues again and I had to catch an Uber to my case manager and psychiatrist appointment at the local mental health service. Unfortunately I have landed up at the local hospital due to the suicidal thoughts via ambulance and have been here since 4:45pm yesterday. I finally got an ED bed at midnight and am currently awaiting a bed on a psych ward somewhere in the large hospitals facilities which could be 1 of 3 or 4 places. I’m really hoping the local hospital comes up as I was on that Ward last September and it’s close to home. My housemate stayed with me until 5:45am before she went home and had to rest as well as feed Mitz, our cat. I’ve been experiencing voices on and off with the stress of the emergency department which hasn’t been fun but my housemate was able to quickly go home whilst I waited for the ambulance and collect some of my things as the mental health service psych was pushing for an admission and to get my psych meds reviewed as this desperately needs to happen. Like I said, I’m just trying to not stress and worry here in the emergency department right now.
Take care.
