Re: Good Morning!

@TAB . Before I was a single mum,  I used to buy good quality farm fresh foods.  Then it became no name brand.  Then just could no longer afford certain foods at all,  as my sons needs came first.

He has now moved to the city.  I am still on a low WorkCover payments,  but I started buying real milk,  from real farmers,  milk with the cream on top.  Heaven.  Sometimes a simple treat like this makes my day.

Re: Good Morning!

yeah well, you have recent work experience etc @Former-Member  take it easy

Re: Good Morning!

Re: Good Morning!

You?

Re: Good Morning!

Hey @Former-Member
Hope you're ok dude

Re: Good Morning!

Re. the rebuilding, do you have a sense of what you might do? I imagine there is a lot to weigh up. --- there is a lot @Former-Member

sooo many different  options to think about -- which way to go is the problem as we have our house block with our shed on it  and I owe a half of a house with my mum which we are living in

there has been lots of advice from family

Re: Good Morning!

Yeah @MDT - it is indeed.

Getting a bit flat here, wondering where I'm going (which would sound familiar) etc

But ok, really.

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB I was lucky.  My son's dad always paid his child support on time.  And mum would help if I needed it.  She paid for his swimming lessons when he was little,  because I didn't have the money. I was not working then and was back at school..

Some single parents have a real hard time.  I'm lucky.  We always had food,  clothing,  a roof over our head,  etc.

Re: Good Morning!

yeah its not easy. I know someone who never paid child support; it wasnt enforcable back in 1980s I think, and it was only like $30 a week or something @utopia

Re: Good Morning!

Same @StuF

Sometimes it pays to take 5 and think about where things are at.

Today I realised I need to top worrying about dating.
