Re: Good Morning!

Oh @Shaz51 I'm so sorry to hear that, that must have been so traumatic, not to mention the lasting physical and emotional toll. It sounds like you've been able to help each other, but I understand how tough it can be to care for someone who is aging. Before my grandmother moved into a nursing home, she faught for her independence for a good 3 or so years, which really had its nail biting moments – they can be so fragile of body, but in my grandmothers case, not of spirit...sounds like your mother might be similar in that respect.

Re: Good Morning!

It's so tough. I just want to say that I feel for you in that struggle, and I'm glad you were able to share your experience here. I know I used to look forward to being able to jump in a bath just to take the little bit of time I could. It sounds like you have some strong shoulders, @Shaz51  💜

Re: Good Morning!

Hehe, nope. That's a pic of somebody else's furbabe. Mine isn't quite that outwardly jolly 😄 She sits on the other side of the room most of the day while I work and sends me guilt glares. She really has my number! Do you have any pets?

Re: Good Morning!

Smiley LOLSmiley LOL ha ha @Former-Member

I have had lots of pets over my life but none at the moment
