I'll look into Sensodyne,  thanks for that @Appleblossom I have to be careful of the stuff I ingest with ingredients but will look into it now.  I appreciate your advice - never thought of Sensodyne! I use Grants which is free of fluoride and gluten as I can't use other brands

Hey @BPDSurvivor ouch! I know dentists charge an arm and a leg which is why I used to use Liquid Dentist. It used to be known as the product that prevented "drilling filling and billing" My teeth were excellent on it.  But with the USA exchange rate, Covid and them going out of business meant I could not get it.  I'm now doing Teeth Regeneration on Sapien Medicine's you tube channel. People are reporting great testimony. You can feel changes in your teeth structure from the frequencies!
