Hi @BPDSurvivor
How was your Friday? I had a nice day thanks, Mum came and visited.
I'm interested in how your BPD panel went?

Hi @WIP ,
That's so lovely that your mum came to visit. It's great she can support you. You indeed are lucky. My parents are in another state. Due to Covid19, I haven't seen them in over a year. I'm hoping to see them this Dec-Jan holidays, but if it means i have to quarantine there for two weeks, then it's not worth the trip.
The BPD panel was more about how to cope with Covid19. I was hoping it to be more on the BPD side of things. But it's okay. Also spoke about peer work. Have you ever been in touch with a peer worker before @WIP ? They are people with loved experience who are trained to support others. I've had one before. It was a bit like having a social worker - we had coffees out, did some art and craft together, went for walks.
What else did your Friday bring?

Yep @Shaz51 ! To do totally nothing is great when there's nothing pressing to do. If anything, from this COVID19 experience, I have definitely appreciated a slower-paced way of life.
@Anastasia , thanks for the beautiful attachment you sent. It is very much appreciated.
Hey @Schitzo , how are you my friend?
Hi @Emelia8 , thanks for dropping in to say hello!
